I'm rapid, responsive and have a solid proven process. I inherently live on the front line, interfacing between users and business needs and the logistics of software delivery. My process is streamlined through experience to be, quick, effective and action lead for razor perfect results. My process is strongly built on research and user data. I run workshops with clients, end users, stakeholders & internal. I advocate brainstorming, full involvement of the entire team..and regular product reviews, whilst iterating, evaluating and optimising the entire end to end experience. I believe in building solid, user based intelligence to produce successful user-centered solutions.
